Phase 1

Develop Partnership

In this introductory phase, members will meet with their mentor to discuss goals and interests. The member will begin to choose the career(s) they would like to learn more about.

Phase 2

Pursue Your Career

This phase is focused on action. Members will learn, job shadow, complete prerequisites, and take the steps necessary to progress towards their career goals.

Phase 3

Leave a Legacy

Paramount Partners will assist and provide advice to members for years to come. Members will also be encouraged to give back by serving their community.
